Thank you for shopping with us! We’re committed to delivering your toner and ink products quickly, safely, and reliably. Below is our shipping policy for orders placed through our online store.

🚚 Shipping Within Canada

We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders over $99 (before tax) for regular customers within Canada.

Includes tracking and email notifications.

Excludes free promotional items, large/bulk orders, and certain remote locations.

Some restrictions apply based on item size and delivery address.

Orders under $49 (before tax) ship at a flat rate of $9.99 across Canada via standard delivery, with tracking and email notifications.

⏱ Processing & Delivery Time

Order Processing: Most orders are processed within 2–3 business days, Monday to Friday (excluding holidays).

Delivery Estimates (after processing):

2–3 business days to Montreal and Toronto

4–6 business days to Vancouver, Calgary

7–10 business days to Yukon, Northwest Territories, Newfoundland

Weekend orders will be processed the following Monday or Tuesday.

Orders during holidays or special promotions may take longer.

Our products ship directly from our supplier’s warehouse.

🌍 Shipping to Remote Locations

Some postal codes in Canada are classified as Remote or Air Stage Locations (e.g., those requiring air delivery for 6+ months/year). These areas are excluded from free shipping and may incur additional charges.

If your location qualifies, our team will contact you before shipping.

We do not accept returns from these locations at this time.

🔎 Tracking & Carriers
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. We work with trusted carriers such as Canada Post, UPS, FedEx, and Canpar.
 
⚠️ Important Shipping Notes
Billing and shipping addresses must match for your order to be processed.
 
Shipping fees are non-refundable. 
 
Once a package leaves our warehouse, we are not responsible for carrier-related delays.
 
If an incorrect address is provided, and the parcel is returned, a reshipping fee of $9.99 + tax will apply.
 
Please allow up to 15 business days before reporting a package as lost.
