At Toner Canada, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a defective toner or cartridge, we’re here to make the return process simple and hassle-free. Here’s how it works:
How to Request a Return
Contact Us: Reach out to us at support@tonercanada.ca or Contact US page, with the reason for the return and the batch number from the label on the cartridge. This helps us process your request quickly.
Get Your Return Number & Label: Once we confirm the details, we’ll provide a return number and a prepaid shipping label.
Ship It Back: Use the prepaid label to return the defective product. The label is valid for 10 days from the date it’s issued. If it expires, just let us know, and we’ll send a new one.
What Happens Next?
Credit Issued: Once we receive the defective product, we’ll issue a full credit of the products to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
Low-Value Items: For products of low value, we may not require a return. In these cases, we’ll issue a return number and process your credit without needing the item back.
Replacement Option: We’re happy to offer a free replacement shipped directly to you —just let us know your preference!
